Ian has led a varied career and lived in Europe as well as the UK, the one constant has been his painting. In 2016 he was elected Artist of the Year by the Mall Galleries in London, an
accolade well deserved. His richly toned works in oil depict both local and European scenes, hid depictions of Venice are particularly popular.
