Born in the wool textile area of the North of England, Keith qualified
as a wool textile Technologist and Designer, specialising in furnishing
fabrics.
He spent thirteen years in India and Pakistan before returning to
England where he established a career as a Design Engineer and Model-maker.
A climber and mountaineer, he has an affinity with the wild places
of the world, and a great love of the sea and Dartmoor in particular,
with its many varied moods.
A largely self-taught artist, he paints in watercolour, pastel and
mixed media.
Keith has sold through galleries in the South West and features in
private collections in the UK and overseas. He has exhibited in "The
Artist" section of Patchings Art Festival, where he was awarded the
Derwent Prize.
He is currently Chairman of the Totnes Art Society and exhibits regularly
in their Exhibitions in the Mansion, Totnes. He is also an exhibiting
Member of the South Hams Art Forum.
